Ashish trained as an engineer at Oxford and spent the bulk of his career in financial services — most recently as a Managing Director and Global Head at UBS, where he ran teams across product, platform, and strategy. Throughout his career he has had a keen interest in bridging what the business wanted and what the engineering could actually deliver.
Aspiro Consulting is the work that grew out of that. Independent advisory for boards and founders on the decisions that move enterprise value — strategy, capital, M&A, product, platform, AI. Bespoke insight into the issues where a generic strategy deck doesn't fit — suited to senior board advisory roles at growth-stage fintechs.
